Wholehearted Presence

Welcome to the first in an ongoing series of mindfulness workshops, I’m so grateful you’re here!

Wholehearted Presence was born from a deep love of mindfulness and over a decade of in-depth studies, personal practice, and teaching. This offering is shaped by the wisdom I’ve gathered through years of walking this path, both inwardly and in shared spaces with individuals and communities around the world.

Mindfulness to me is not just a practice, but a wholehearted way of being. A returning home to ourselves. A softening into presence.

Whether you're brand new to mindfulness or returning to your practice, you'll be held in a safe and supportive space to explore, reconnect, and root more fully into the present moment.

Why Mindfulness?

Rooted in over 2,500 years of wisdom and supported by modern neuroscience, mindfulness invites us to return to presence, to stillness, to the truth of who we are. Before I share any other healing modalities with clients or community, I always begin here with mindfulness, because without it, there is no lasting transformation. Without presence, we remain on the surface, often in the dark. Mindfulness is the foundation, the practice that gently opens the door to lasting change, healing, and a more wholehearted way of living.

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate”
C.G. Jung

Much of life’s suffering stems from unconscious habits, beliefs, and patterns that keep us feeling stuck. Over my many years of sharing mindfulness, I’ve never met anyone who felt that becoming more present wasn’t a blessing, quite the opposite. Time and again, people (myself included) speak to the life-changing impact of cultivating a mindfulness practice. As presence deepens, not only does life become more meaningful, but relationships shift, at home, at work, and most of all within. The ripple effect of awareness is tangible, and it begins with simply learning to pause, to notice, and to meet life as it is. Mindfulness isn’t difficult, you just need to remember to do it…and I am wholeheartedly here to teach you how.

Course Outline

  • Week 1 - Welcome & Introduction to Mindfulness

  • Week 2 - Practicing Presence & Understanding Our Nervous System

  • Week 3 - The Psychology of Our Thoughts, Feelings & Emotions

Each week will not only be listening and learning, but most importantly we will focus on a variety of simple, yet effective Mindfulness techniques, somatic exercises and gentle meditations to build...what I like to call...your very own toolbox to support your practice at home. Our time together will have plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions, comment, and share within our space. This workshop is about community, about becoming curious, and having fun along the way.

This online workshop is offered over 4 consecutive weeks, each session is 2 hours and conducted live in a private Zoom classroom. I offer this workshop monthly throughout the year, teaching all of the classes myself, no pre-recordings, as I strongly believe in creating a feeling of safety and community with the participants who chose to attend. The groups are small, maximum of 10 participants per course.

Day & Time:

Sunday from 7pm - 9pm (Dubai time)

  • September - 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th

  • October - 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th

  • November - 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd

  • December - 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th

Investment

  • Community Mindfulness Workshop (Foundation)  Dhs 800 per person

  • Private Mindfulness Workshop (Foundation) Dhs 1,200 per person

Kindly note that attendance of all 4 weeks is important for you to develop your practice, and for the group to have a feeling of consistency and safety with their peers, however I understand that life happens, and if you are unable to attend one of the weekly sessions from week 2 onwards, you can make it up in the following month. All participants must be in attendance for week 1.

As I am aware that group settings or timings don’t always work for everyone, I also teach this workshop privately to individuals, couples, and small private groups, both in person when I am in Dubai and online. The format and presentation is exactly the same, however for individuals the time for each session will be less.
