A Heartfelt Welcome From Me To You

Welcome, my name is Kirsty. My intention through this gift of awareness, is to hold a safe, non-judgmental space where you can gently explore your inner world. With meaningful yet compassionate guidance, we’ll walk together through the many parts of your Self, the stories, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped your journey. So many of us struggle with anxieties, beliefs and stories that keep us stuck, or limited in some way.  My invitation to you is this: “There is nothing wrong here.” We are all doing the best we can with the awareness we have in any given moment. When we truly know and feel that, the present moment becomes a doorway to understanding, to healing, and to living more wholeheartedly.

Firmly rooted in the teachings of Compassionate Awareness (also known as Mindfulness), iCore Wellbeing is a safe space dedicated to supporting individuals on their own journey toward balance and harmony through 1:1 support sessions, community Mindfulness workshops, Corporate Wellbeing initiatives and Retreats.

Over the years of offering mindfulness-based support to international corporations, schools, and government entities, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound and lasting impact these practices can have.
